Special Order Policy
Special Orders:
Urban Grow Garden Supply will gladly special order your item(s) should we not have it as a regularly stocked product through our catalogs, subject to the following conditions. Please contact us at info@urban-grow.ca with your order or any questions.
- Special order prices posted on our website are specially marked down compared to the MSRP. Wholesale/skid pricing is also available. Please contact us for more details.
- Special order items take 2-3 weeks to arrive into the warehouse from our suppliers.
- Special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
- Any Special order item(s) and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the product is deemed defective, it would have to be claimed through the manufacturer's warranties.
- NO RETURNS will be accepted on special order or non-stocked merchandise with a few exceptions. However, these exceptions are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will also be responsible for all freight-associated costs for returning the item(s) to the supplier(s), if they have been approved.
Delivery:
- Delivery is estimated between 7-28 business days once order are placed. Urban Grow Garden Supply is not responsible for order delays or other unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery for any special order. We have no control over these circumstances. We will provide an estimate of the lead time required for your special order to come in to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee a lead time in any case.
- Urban Grow Garden Supply reserved the rights to make the final decision for any special order(s) arrangement at anytime without notice. Please contact us with any additional question or concern.
