General Overview:

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the original date of purchase to request for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, An authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item(s) to Urban Grow Garden Supply. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt for proof of purchase.

To start a return process, contact us at info@urban-grow.ca with all the proper information. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers will be responsible for all freight costs.

All approved returns will be refunded via store credit or gift-cards only. All Orders will subject to a 30% re-stocking fee with no exceptions.

Exchanges:

Ship or drop the item(s) off in-store to be inspected only when the item(s) has been properly inspected. We'll notify you with the decision and proceed with the exchange/return via store credit or gift card only. Customers will be responsible for all freight costs.

Damages & Other Issues:

Please inspect your order item(s) upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of the business and quality control for our customers, certain types of item cannot be return/exchange, such as Liquids & Dry Goods, Plants, Seeds, Pots, Growing Media, etc.

All display model, consignment, and used product is FINAL SALE!!!

VIG membership is non-refundable. 

Special Orders & Sale Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return/exchange on sale items and special orders. These products are final sale!

Warranty & Guarantees:

Products purchased that contain manufacturer warranty shall be subjected to their Terms and Conditions. We will assist you in filing a claim, but the verdict will entirely be based on the manufacturer's decision.

Quotation is valid for 7 days. Urban Grow Garden Supply reserves the right to make the final decision for any order, return or exchange for any reason without notice. Including membership & ACMPR discount.
