FREE SHIPPING EXCLUDES OVERSIZED PRODUCTS
Urban Grow Garden Supply offers free shipping to customers that reside within the Central, Prairies & West-coast regions (Quebec (Quebec City Metro, Montreal Metro), Ontario (Toronto Metro, Ottawa Metro, Southwest Ontario Metro), Manitoba (Winnipeg Metro), Saskatchewan (Regina Metro, Saskatoon Metro), Alberta (Edmonton Metro, Calgary Metro), British Columbia (Vancouver Metro, Victoria Metro)), with some exclusions.
Customers within the Maritime regions ((Newfoundland And Labrador (St. John's Metro), Nova Scotia (Halifax Metro), New Brunswick (New Brunswick), Prince Edward Island (Prince Edward Island)) will get our rural shipping rates which are based upon weight.
As stated in our Terms of Service, orders exceeding CAD$500 will require a valid, government-issued ID to be emailed to info@urban-grow.ca alongside your order number (e.g. #UG______). If you have any questions, please let us know at info@urban-grow.ca
Free Shipping Qualifications:
- Free shipping on orders with subtotals CAD$149.99+ for Grower Insider's*
- Free shipping on orders with subtotals CAD$124.99+ for VIG Members*
- Only regular-priced items will qualify for free shipping. This is not combinable with any other offer.
- Special Orders, Sale Items, and Price-Matched items will not qualify for free shipping and cannot combine with any other offer.
- ”*” Product(s) are not eligible for VIG Discounts and cannot be combined with other sales and promotions.
- Freight-only products may incur supplemental charges that are NOT INCLUDED in our Free Shipping Policy.
- Oversized Products (Over 20") or Products Weighing Over 20 LBS WILL NOT qualify for free shipping. Shipping weight for each item may be more than the actual weight of the product. Turn around time is 2-7 business days once payment is received. Special orders are 7-28 business days. Discreet packaging is available upon request.

Orders are shipped through Canada Post, UPS, ICS Courier, Fed-Ex, Canpar, Purolator and others (TBD). Foreign taxes, import taxes, and duties are customer's responsibility. Please do all due diligence regarding additional charges, duties/freight fees and locals laws prior to making any order.
In the event that a customer opts to ship their own order to themself, Urban Grow Garden Supply holds no responsibility for complications that may arise, neither logistically nor otherwise.
