FastFerment is your all in one fermentation solution. Eliminate 80% of sanitizing and cleaning with this affordable all in one conical fermentor. Conduct all stages of fermentation in this single vessel. Remove the trub from the bottom of the fermentor instead of transferring all your liquid to secondary. This compost tea brewing system that we have been able to find. When you look at the various systems that are available, you quickly realize that there are a number of different methods to insure that you get a thorough oxygenation of the water in the brewer, which in turn insures that you have no pockets of liquid which can then begin to go anaerobic. Elain Ingham, the rock star of the soil food web, promotes a cone based system through which the air is introduced, as this sets up a superior water circulation within the container insuring a better dissolving of oxygen into the water.

We found a great food grade plastic container that is ideal for this purpose. These come in a 7.9 and a 14 gallon size. The 7.9 comes with an excellent bracket system that will permit you to hang the system onto a wall, or you can order the optional stand separately.

For the 7.9 gallon brewer, you would want a 950 gallon per hour/60L per minute pump. This is then attached with a tube to the valve on the base of the unit.
