GROPUNCH™ is an OMRI listed broad spectrum contact insecticide, miticide and fungicide product containing essential oils for the control and suppression of pests such as spider mites and aphids, and diseases such as Powdery Mildew.
GROPUNCH™ is for use on ornamentals, vegetables, and flowering plants in indoor, other enclosed growing structures such as greenhouses, and outdoor field applications.
The active ingredients in GROPUNCH™ are essential oils derived from plants through various means.
Active Ingredients:
Soybean Oil – 65%
Cinnamon Oil – 5%
Thyme Oil – 5%
- On contact as an insecticide, fungicide, and miticide.
- Combats pests through multiple modes of action with a combination of three active ingredients in an optimal ratio that makes it effective on all stages of insects.
- Coats the pests and causes suffocation by blocking breathing holes.
- Possesses fungicidal properties to manage key diseases through the disruption of cell membrane causing cell inhibition/death.
- Can be used as a media drench as a solution of 0.5-1% dilution.
- HYGROPUNCH has no known resistance, making it an ideal tank-mix/or rotation partner for your IPM program for managing insects and diseases.
- 75% Active Ingredients – Soybean oil, Cinnamon oil, Thyme oil.
- 25% Inert Ingredients. Emulsifiable Concentrate.
- 0 - Hour restricted-entry interval (REI).
- 0 - Day preharvest interval (PHI).
- Exempted from tolerances.
- Qualified for exemption from EPA registration under Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
- OMRI listed.
- Minimal personal protective equipment (PPE) requirement.
- Biodegradable.
- HYGROPUNCH is an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) and it MUST be diluted with water before foliar application.
- The application rate for foliar spray depends on the pest level & disease pressure.
- Ensure uniform distribution across all foliage surfaces —especially lower leaf surfaces, where pests/diseases may hide.
- The table below depicts the application dosage and application interval:
- Preventative 0.5% (19mL/Gal) 3-4 Days
- Light pressure or infestation 1.0% (38mL/Gal) 5-6 Days
- Moderate pressure or infestation 1.5% (57mL/Gal) 7-10 Days
- Heavy pressure orinfestation 2.0% (76mL/Gal)* 7-10 Days
- Do not exceed 2.0% (76mL/Gallon)
